WHAT FORMATS DO WE ACCEPT

You should have your image ready as PNG format if you need your gang sheets with clear(transparent) background.

Make sure DPI is good enough. Higher DPI leads to better printing quality.

WHAT IS MAXIMUM/MINIMUM SIZE I CAN UPLOAD

Our maximum size would be 58cm wide. No minimum size required. However, please note that smaller images like fine details or signatures, is not as easy as large picture that can stick firmly to the garment.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY/CANCEL PRINT AFTER PAYMENT

We understand you may want to change mind sometimes, so please notify us as soon as you can. However, once your print job is started we are unable to do any changes.

If your print job is still pending we will let you know to send us a new artwork or apply credit to your future order.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROCESS THE DTF FILM

All you need is a flatbed heat press, use the setting of 165c and hard pressure for 15-20s. Warm peel and your masterpiece will be finished! We also sell machine if you don't have one. Just call us for more details and we are here to help.

CAN I USE THIS FILM ON OTHER MATERIALS?

DTF printing is widely used in fabrics. However, you may also it on leather, neoprene, cardboard and even timber, I am sure you will be surprised for the outcome.

However, DTF is not suitable for metal, glass or plastic surface.
